S681 - Agency Policy Directives/2019-2020. (SL 2020-78)

Overview: Section 4C.1 of S.L. 2020-78 requires the North Carolina Partnership for Children, Inc. to report on program initiatives, services, progress, and recommendations no later than December 1 of each year to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services and the Fiscal Research Division of the General Assembly, instead of the General Assembly.

This section is effective July 1, 2020.
