S681 - Agency Policy Directives/2019-2020. (SL 2020-78)

Overview: Section 4D.3 of S.L. 2020-78 allows the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Benefits to use volume purchase plans, single source procurement or other contracting processes to contract for services, medical equipment, supplies, and appliances in order to improve cost containment.

This section became effective July 1, 2020.
