S681 - Agency Policy Directives/2019-2020. (SL 2020-78)

Overview: Section 4E.2 requires the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services to report on the implementation of the use of funds to purchase inpatient alcohol and substance use disorder treatment services. The report must include specified information for each Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Center for the prior fiscal year and the two preceding fiscal years. The report is due annually beginning September 1, 2020, and ending on September 1, 2026, to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services and the Fiscal Research Division.
