S704 - COVID-19 Recovery Act. (SL 2020-3)

Overview: Section 3D.1 of S.L. 2020-3 amends the Dental Practice Act to give the Board of Dental Examiners the authority to waive requirements of the Act and the Dental Hygiene Act during a declared state of emergency in order to permit the provision of dental care during the emergency.

This section became effective May 4, 2020.
