H308 - Regulatory Reform Act of 2020. (SL 2020-74)

Overview: Section 31 of S.L. 2020-74 requires the design or proposal for a component or element in the construction of buildings be completed under valid seal of an architect or engineer only when required by the North Carolina State Building Code.

This section became effective July 1, 2020.
