S704 - COVID-19 Recovery Act . (SL 2020-3)

Overview: Section 4.37 of S.L. 2020-3 made the committee's March 2020 report an interim report and allowed the Committee to submit a final report by December 1, 2020. This section also changed the date by which the Committee would terminate to August 1, 2020 or when the final report was submitted, whichever occurs first.

This section became effective retroactively to March 31, 2020.
