H1043 - 2020 COVID-19 Recovery Act. (SL 2020-4)

Overview: Sec. 2.2 of S.L. 2020-4 establishes the Coronavirus Relief Fund (Fund) to provide necessary and appropriate relief and assistance from the effects of COVID-19. The Fund must be maintained as a special fund and administered by the Office of State Budget and Management. All funds allocated from the Fund must be used for necessary expenditures incurred due to the public health emergency with respect to COVID-19. Only expenditures incurred during the period that begins on March 1, 2020, and ends on December 30, 2020, are eligible for funding from this Fund.
