S315 - North Carolina Farm Act of 2019-20. (SL 2020-18)

Overview: Section 4 of S.L. 2020-18 provides that a cochair of the Agriculture and Forestry Awareness Study Commission may continue to serve for so long as the cochair remains a member of the General Assembly and no successor has been appointed. A cochair of the Agriculture and Forestry Awareness Study Commission who does not seek reelection or is not reelected to the General Assembly would be allowed to complete a term of service on the Commission until the day on which a new General Assembly convenes.
