S681 - Agency Policy Directives/2019-2020. (SL 2020-78)

Overview: Section 13.2 of S.L. 2020-78 requires the Department of Administration to submit a report on replacement of the State's E-Procurement System (System) no later than October 1, 2020, to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on General Government and the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Information Technology. The report must include all of the following:
- Description of the project.
- Interface capability.
- Activities undertaken to date.
- Itemized expenditures to date and itemized costs anticipated.
- Project implementation timeline and milestones completed.
- Compliance with statutory requirements for information technology projects.
This section became effective July 1, 2020.
