H1105 - Coronavirus Relief Act 3.0. (SL 2020-97)

Overview: Section 3.13 of S.L. 2020-97 requires the Department of Information Technology and the Office of State Budget and Management to identify existing resources to ensure that funding and positions supported by the Information Technology Fund are not adversely affected in the implementation of a reduced transfer of funds to the IT Reserve for the 20-21FY required by Section 9(a) of S.L. 2020-81. The Department of Information Technology is required to report to the Chairs of the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Information Technology, the Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations and Fiscal Research at least 15 days prior to any transfers or reductions to funding or positions for the Governmental Data Analytics Center.
