H1043 - 2020 COVID-19 Recovery Act. (SL 2020-4)

Overview: Section 4.5 of S.L. 2020-4 authorizes the Department of Health and Human Services to provide Medicaid coverage for COVID-19 testing for the uninsured during the nationwide coronavirus public health emergency as allowed under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. The coverage may be retroactive to the extent allowed.
