S704 - COVID-19 Recovery Act . (SL 2020-3)

Overview: Section 3F.1 of S.L. 2020-3 allows the first and second examinations, respectively, to be conducted via telehealth, provided that the commitment examiner is reasonably certain that a different result would not have been reached in a face to face examination.

This section became effective May 4, 2020, and expires 30 days after Executive Order 116 is rescinded.
