S704 - COVID-19 Recovery Act. (SL 2020-3)

Overview: Section 2.20 of S.L. 2020-3 allows the State Education Assistance Authority to use carryforward funds from the Opportunity Scholarship Program to remit scholarship grant funds by October 1, 2020, to a nonpublic school that was unable to complete a parent endorsement for those funds for the spring semester of the 2019-2020 school year.

This section became effective May 4, 2020.
