S704 - COVID-19 Recovery Act. (SL 2020-3)

Overview: Sec. 2.27 of S.L. 2020-3 allows a student who has been unable to continue participation in a pre-apprenticeship or apprenticeship program due to the COVID-19 emergency to be eligible for a tuition waiver for community college courses in the student's documented plan of study related to a job-specific occupational or technical skill until December 31, 2020.
