S704 - COVID-19 Recovery Act . (SL 2020-3)

Overview: Section 2.9 of S.L. 2020-3 waives the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) graduation requirement for the 2019-2020 school year for any student in grade twelve who has not satisfied the requirement for completion of instruction in CPR. The student is still eligible to graduate if (i) CPR instruction cannot be completed because of the COVID-19 emergency, and (ii) the student is otherwise eligible to graduate.
