S704 - COVID-19 Recovery Act. (SL 2020-3)

Overview: Section 2.26 of S.L. 2020-3 provides a one-year extension for both (i) licensure examination requirements set by the State Board of Education for school administrators and other school personnel and (ii) continuing education requirements required for licensure renewal by June 30, 2020 for school administrators.

This section became effective May 4, 2020.
