H1187 - Raise the Age Funding. (SL 2020-15)

Overview: S.L. 2020-15 allows funds in the Statewide Misdemeanant Confinement Fund to be used by the Department of Public Safety (DPS) for various Raise the Age projects.

This act became effective July 1, 2020.
