Overview: Sec. 3 of S.L. 2020-56 gives the UNC Board of Governors Planning Task Force an extension until July 30, 2020, to submit its report containing the UNC System Plan and any legislative recommendations to the Joint Legislative Capital Improvements Oversight Committee and the Fiscal Research Division.
