S605 - North Carolina Farm Act of 2021. (SL 2021-78)

Overview: Section 9 of S.L. 2021-78 increases the amount that the Tobacco Trust Fund Commission may use from the Fund for its operating expenses each fiscal year from $350,000 to $375,000.
