S605 - North Carolina Farm Act of 2021. (SL 2021-78)

Overview: Section 12 of S.L. 2021-78 provides that a drivers license issued to an H-2A worker expires three years after the date of issuance of the H-2A worker's visa, except that if the H-2A worker's visa is not extended then the license expires on the date that the H-2A worker's visa expires.

This section became effective July 2, 2021, and applies to applications for licenses submitted on or after that date.
