H224 - Occupational Therapy Interstate Compact. (SL 2021-31)

Overview: S.L. 2021-31 makes North Carolina part of the Occupational Therapy Interstate Compact. The act will be effective when the tenth member state enacts the Compact. The North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy must report to the Revisor of Statutes when ten member states have enacted the Compact. As of August 18, 2021, eight other stated had enacted the Compact.
