S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9I.17 of S.L. 2021-180 allocates $5,000,000 in recurring funds for each year of the 2021-2023 fiscal biennium and $5,000,000 in nonrecurring funds for the 2021-2022 fiscal year to the Children's Advocacy Centers of North Carolina, Inc. At least 75% of these funds must be distributed to child advocacy centers in the State.

This section became effective July 1, 2021.
