S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9G.3 of S.L. 2021-180 requires the Division of Public Health to notify the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services when it determines that it will no longer be feasible to administer the health insurance premium assistance program implemented within the North Carolina AIDS Drug Assistance Program on a cost-neutral basis. The notification must include a proposed course of action.

This section became effective July 1, 2021.
