S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9F.3A of S.L. 2021-180 provides $500,000 in nonrecurring funds for the 2021-2022 fiscal year to Partners Health Management, local management entity/ managed care organization (LME/MCO), to address the needs of individuals in Surry County that have a substance use disorder or are otherwise struggling with addiction.

This section became effective July 1, 2021.
