S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9A.1 of S.L. 2021-180 provides that for the 2021-2023 fiscal biennium, the maximum monthly State-County Special Assistance rate for residents in adult care homes is $1,182 per resident per month and the maximum monthly rate for residents in Alzheimer’s Dementia special care units is $1,515 per resident per month.

This section became effective July 1, 2021.
