S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9A.3B of S.L. 2021-180 amends G.S. 143B-181.1 and G.S. 143B-153 to remove the maximum statewide reimbursement rates and to provide that reimbursement rates for adult day care services, adult day health services, and associated transportation services paid under the Home and Community Care Block Grant (HCCBG) and the State Adult Day Care Fund will be established at the local level. The locally established rates must reflect geographical differences, the availability of services, the cost to provide services and other local variables.

The section became effective November 18, 2021.
