S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9I.4 of S.L. 2021-180 provides that until the Social Services Commission adopts rules setting standardized rates for child caring institutions as authorized by G.S. 143B-153(8), the maximum reimbursement must not exceed the rate established for the specific child caring institution by the Office of the Controller, Department of Health and Human Services.

This section became effective July 1, 2021.
