S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9F.7A of S.L. 2021-180 allocates $3,973,086 in recurring funds for each year of the 2021-2023 fiscal biennium to the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services (DMH/DD/SAS), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), for traumatic brain injury (TBI) services. The funds must be used in each year of the 2021-2023 fiscal biennium as follows: (i) $559,218 in recurring funds for DMH/DD/SAS to contract with service providers that assist families with access to care and educational programs and (ii) $3,413,868 in recurring funds for the provision of services and supports established by DMH/DD/SAS for individuals with TBI.
