S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9I.8 of S.L. 2021-180 directs the Foster Care Transitional Living Initiative Fund (Fund) to continue to support the Youth Villages Transitional Living Model, a demonstration project for youth 17-21 years of age transitioning out of foster care. The Fund must support the following strategies: transitional living services, public-private partnerships, impact measurement and evaluation, and the advancement of evidence-based processes.

This section became effective July 1, 2021.
