S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9D.4 of S.L. 2021-180 clarifies that, consistent with the authority of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) over the Medicaid and NC Health Choice programs under G.S. 108A-54(e), DHHS is only required to maintain any modifications to these programs required by the act through June 30, 2023.

This section became effective July 1, 2021.
