S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9D.9 of S.L. 2021-180 waives the State fee of $100 paid by providers applying for enrollment or revalidation as a Medicaid provider, effective November 18, 2021, through June 30, 2023.
