S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9D.19 of S.L. 2021-180 requires the Division of Health Benefits, Department of Health and Human Services, to update the relevant Medicaid clinical coverage policies to allow for coverage of orthotics, prosthetics, and other durable medical equipment when prescribed by a podiatrist.

This section became effective July 1, 2021.
