S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9D.19A of S.L. 2021-180 requires Medicaid prepaid health plans to reimburse prescription drug ingredient costs and dispensing fees at the same rate paid under fee-for-service through June 30, 2023.
