S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9F.13 of S.L. 2021-180 appropriates funds from the State Fiscal Recovery Fund to be used for a one-time payment to each local management entity/managed care organization for the purpose of providing temporary additional COVID-related funding assistance for intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICF/IID) services on a per diem basis.

This section became effective July 1, 2021.
