S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9D.15B of S.L. 2021-180 requires an increase in the Medicaid rate paid for private duty nursing to $11.25 per 15-minute unit ($45.00 per hour) effective January 1, 2022. Under Section 9D.8A of the act, funds in the HCBS Fund must be used for the cost of this rate increase.

This section became effective July 1, 2021.
