S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 5.13 of S.L. 2021-180 creates the Joint Legislative Committee on Access to Healthcare and Medicaid Expansion (Committee) to consider ways to improve access to health care and health insurance. The Committee can submit proposed legislation to the members of the General Assembly before the final adjournment of the 2021 Regular Session, at which time the Committee terminates.
