H78 - Various Education Changes. (SL 2021-111)

Overview: S.L. 2021-111 (i) allows additional standardized tests to satisfy 9th grade private school testing requirements and (ii) makes changes to in-State tuition for veterans to comply with federal law.

This act became effective August 23, 2021.
