Overview: Section 11 of S.L. 2021-117 prevents three rules adopted by the Department of Transportation on August 28, 2020, and approved by the Rules Review Commission on February 18, 2021, from becoming effective. These rules would have regulated the zoning, use, and repair of outdoor advertising signs.

This section became effective August 23, 2021.
