S69 - Division of Motor Vehicles Licensing Requirements. (SL 2021-24)

Overview: S.L. 2021-24, as amended by S.L. 2021-134, amends graduated drivers licensing requirements by temporarily reducing the amount of time an applicant must hold a Level 1 limited learner's permit before applying for a Level 2 limited provisional license. The modification to requirements was set to expire on December 31, 2021, but S.L. 2021-134 extended the expiration date to December 31, 2022.

This act became effective May 24, 2021.
