S105 - 2021 Appropriations Act. (SL 2021-180)

Overview: Section 9G.5 of S.L. 2021-180 clarifies that, of the funds appropriated to the Division of Public Health, Department of Health and Human Services, for Mountain Area Pregnancy Services, only 15% of the funds can be used for administrative purposes. The remainder of the funds must be used for direct services.

This section became effective July 1, 2021.
