H103 - 2022 Appropriations Act. (SL 2022-74)

Overview: Section 15.1 of S.L. 2022-74 directs the Wildlife Resources Commission (WRC) to report to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Agriculture and Natural and Economic Resources and the Fiscal Research Division no later than September 15th of each year in which WRC receives State funds to combat, monitor, or contain an outbreak of Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD).

This section became effective July 1, 2022.
