H103 - 2022 Appropriations Act. (SL 2022-74)

Overview: Section 12.7 of S.L. 2022-74 allows a permit application for a post-construction stormwater permit submitted pursuant to the post-construction stormwater fast-track program to be submitted to either the Washington or Wilmington regional offices of the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) at the option of the applicant.

This section became effective July 1, 2022.
