H911 - Regulatory Reform Act of 2022. (SL 2022-75)

Overview: Section 22 of S.L. 2022-75 provides additional guidelines for the organization contracted to develop the Flood Resiliency Blueprint (Blueprint) for the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), and requires DEQ to include additional information in its required annual report on the Blueprint.
