H103 - 2022 Appropriations Act. (SL 2022-74)

Overview: Section 9I.3 of S.L. 2022-74 amends Section 9I.17 of the 2021 Appropriations Act to allocate $3 million for the 2022-23 fiscal year to the Children's Advocacy Centers of North Carolina. At least 75% of the funds must be distributed to child advocacy centers that are in good standing with Children's Advocacy Centers of North Carolina.

This section became effective July 1, 2022.
