H103 - 2022 Appropriations Act. (SL 2022-74)

Overview: Section 8.3 of S.L. 2022-74 requires the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina, in collaboration with the State Board of Community Colleges, to study and provide recommendations on methods and a timeline for increasing the number of graduates from nursing programs at constituent institutions of The University of North Carolina and community colleges by at least 50%. The report is due to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee and the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services by no later than February 1, 2023.

This section became effective July 1, 2022.
