H103 - 2022 Appropriations Act. (SL 2022-74)

Overview: Section 9G.5 of S.L. 2022-74 amends the statute (G.S. 130A-33.65) by adding a parent of a childhood rare disease survivor to the membership of the Advisory Council on Rare Diseases and by increasing the term limit of Advisory Council members from two to three consecutives terms.

This section became effective July 11, 2022, and applies to current members of the Advisory Council on Rare Diseases.
