H103 - 2022 Appropriations Act. (SL 2022-74)

Overview: Section 19D.2 of S.L. 2022-74 requires the Department of Public Safety to report to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Justice and Public Safety, the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services, and the Fiscal Research Division, on the use of funds appropriated to the Department of Public Safety, Division of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, for the digitization of juvenile health records and the ongoing resources necessary to report digital health records to the Health Information Exchange network. The report is required no later than April 1, 2023.
