H103 - 2022 Appropriations Act. (SL 2022-74)

Overview: Section 9D.2 of S.L. 2022-74 amends Section 9D.7(a) of S.L. 2021-180 to modify the amount of the intergovernmental transfers made to the Department of Health and Human Services by each local management entity/managed care organization (LME/MCO) as result of the dissolution of Cardinal Innovations LME/MCO.

This section became effective July 1, 2022.
