H103 - 2022 Appropriations Act. (SL 2022-74)

Overview: Section 9D.6 of S.L. 2022-74 amends Section 9D.16(b) of S.L. 2021-180 to authorize the transfer of additional funds from the Medicaid Transformation Fund to the Division of Health Benefits (DHB), Department of Health and Human Services, for qualifying Medicaid transformation needs during the 2022-2023 fiscal year. The funds available for transfer to DHB during the 2022-2023 fiscal year include any amount of funds that were authorized to be transferred during the 2021-2022 fiscal year but were not transferred.

This section became effective July 1, 2022.
