H911 - Regulatory Reform Act of 2022. (SL 2022-75)

Overview: Section 13 of S.L. 2022-75 defines "waterslide dispatcher" as an employee stationed at the top of a waterslide for the purpose of managing the ride queue and dispatching waterslide users and provides that waterslide dispatchers must be at least 16 years of age.

This section became effective July 12, 2022.
